License Agreement

ClinIQ Academy resources are designed to support real-world clinical research workflows. To protect the integrity of these tools and ensure fair use, please review the licensing terms below. This agreement applies to all ClinIQ Academy downloadable resources and training materials unless otherwise stated.

Effective Date: February 22, 2026

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between ClinIQ Academy, LLC (“Licensor”) and the purchaser (“Licensee”). By purchasing and downloading this resource, Licensee agrees to the following terms. This product is provided under a Commercial Use (Non-Editable) or Personal Reference License, depending on the purchaser.

 

1. Permitted Use

  • If purchased by a research site or organization: Licensed for commercial use within Licensee’s organization at a single research site. Licensee may print and distribute internally within that site only.
  • If purchased by an individual: Licensed for personal reference and professional development use by that individual only.

 

2. Prohibited Use

  • Redistribution outside the licensed site or individual purchaser
  • Posting publicly online or in shared drives accessible beyond the licensed user
  • Editing, altering, or creating derivative works
  • Resale or transfer to other organizations or individuals

 

3. Ownership

4. Attribution

Licensee may not remove or obscure ClinIQ Academy branding, logo, or footer text included in the resource.

 

5. Proof of License

Each purchase covers one license — either for one research site or for one individual user. If you need coverage for multiple sites, please purchase the same number of licenses as sites.

 

6. Consequences of Violation

Violating these terms may result in immediate termination of your license, loss of access to ClinIQ Academy resources, and potential legal action under applicable copyright law.

 

7. Updates to Agreement

ClinIQ Academy may update this Agreement from time to time. Updates apply to future purchases only. Your use of resources downloaded prior to any update remains governed by the Agreement in effect at the time of purchase unless you expressly agree to updated terms.
